The Kamchatka Peninsula. A land of legends. The ultimate wilderness on earth. Kingdom of the bears.
A mother and her two cubs, a young teenager and a big male are living their bear’s life in the most unbelievable settings, a craze of raw nature. The mother bear has one obsession only: to protect and nourish her cubs who, themselves, think only about exploring the world with the recklessness and naivety of youth.
The young adolescent bear has to find his rank within the adult world, wandering in quest for a territory. The big male must constantly defend his supremacy and territory, with all his strength, struggle against the relegation and the aging that lurks behind. They cross paths or part away in the course of their adventures in the heart of nature before meeting again for a grand final, spectacular, when millions and millions of salmons are swimming upriver. Bears’ survival depends on them. And, soon, they will go on their own way again. And the cubs will have to leave their mother. Unavoidably. So goes life on the Land of the Bears…

The long-awaited documentary from this ground-breaking heavy metal band
In 1995, five guys from Virginia with a love of heavy metal began jamming together. They played in basements and dingy clubs, recorded demos, worked hard, built a rabid underground fan base, and eventually called themselves Lamb of God.
Now, more than fifteen years later, Lamb of God has achieved the kind of success that kids with garage bands dream about - they have sold over two million albums, made two platinum-selling DVDs, been nominated for four Grammy Awards, and have continued growing their cult of heavy metal loyalists into a worldwide community.
AS THE PALACES BURN is a feature-length documentary that originally sought to follow the band and their fans throughout the world, to demonstrate how music ties us together when we can't find any other common bond. However, during the filming process in 2012, the story abruptly took a dramatic turn, bringing the band into a Kafkaesque nightmare, when lead singer Randy Blythe was arrested on charges of manslaughter, blamed for the death of one of their young fans in the Czech Republic. What followed was a heart-wrenching courtroom drama that left fans, friends, and curious onlookers around the world on the edge of their seats.
Filming took place in Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico, India, Israel, and the United States.
The film will include a new/pre-recorded Q&A with the band members that will be available exclusively to audiences attending the theatrical screenings.

THIRD PERSON tells three stories of love, passion, trust and betrayal, in a multi-strand story line reminiscent of Paul Haggis's earlier Oscar-winning film Crash. The tales play out in New York, Paris and Rome: three couples who appear to have nothing related but share deep commonalities: lovers and estranged spouses, children lost and found.
The Rome-set segment revolves around a young couple on a road trip, to be played be Casey Affleck and Moran Atias. Both Liam Neeson and Olivia Wilde will play writers in the Paris-set section of the film. Mila Kunis is negotiating to play one half of an estranged couple in New York, with James Franco playing her partner in the segment.
Gradually, each one of these stories unveils its secrets, testifying to the whims and complexities of life. Surfaces are deceptive in the Haggis universe, but as each story is explored we discover untold pleasures and pains. Life is never easy: it can be deceptive, inhabited by anger and jealousy, but it can also be surprisingly joyous.
