Jennifer Griffin (born 1969) is an American journalist who currently works as national security correspondent for Fox News. Griffin initially reported for a newspaper in Johannesburg, South Africa, where she covered Nelson Mandela's release from imprisonment and other events in South Africa's transition away from apartheid. She covered Middle Eastern affairs for the Associated Press and National Public Radio before joining Fox News in 1999.
