B. V. S. N. Prasad (born Boppana Venkata Sathyanarayana Prasad) also known as Chatrapathi Prasad, is an Indian film, distributor and producer known for his works in Telugu cinema. He owns the film production company Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra. He also won 2 Filmfare Awards Attarintiki Daredi & Magadheera and both the films are Industry hits in Telugu.
