Alberto Grimaldi (born 28 March 1925) is an Italian film producer. He was born in Naples and studied law. In 1962 he started his own production company, P.E.A. (Produzioni Europee Associati) to produce international co-productions and released his first feature film, L'Ombra di Zorro/Shades of Zorro the following year. His next production was his first spaghetti western I due violenti/Texas Ranger (1964). His producing credits include For a Few Dollars More in 1965, The Good, the Bad and the Ugly in 1966 both with Sergio Leone who initially sought his legal experience advice, Last Tango in Paris in 1972, and Gangs of New York in 2002.
