Vladimir Alexandrovich Kolokoltsev (Russian: Влади́мир Алекса́ндрович Колоко́льцев; born 11 May 1961 in Nizhniy Lomov in Penza Oblast) is a Russian politician and police officer who was the Moscow Police Commissioner from 2009 to 2012. He serves as Russian Minister of Internal Affairs since 21 May 2012.
