James Carl France (born October 24, 1944) is an American motorsports executive, the vice chairman of the board of directors, the chief executive officer (CEO), the chairman, and executive vice president of NASCAR and the former chief executive officer (CEO) of International Speedway Corporation (ISC). Jim is the son of NASCAR founder Bill France Sr.
