Crystal Scales (born November 22, 1971) is an American actress, singer, and rapper from Belews Creek, North Carolina. She voiced Libby Folfax on the television show The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius, and lent her voice to the André 3000 Cartoon Network series Class of 3000 as Tamika Jones. She also voiced Cleo Carter for the animated series Tutenstein.
