The film's protagonist (Pavel) - a young and very successful realtor, who made many semi-legal deals - gets the job from his uncle - the owner of real estate company, an unscrupulous businessman and hard. Pavel must obtain a power of attorney for the sale of the old manor. And for this to ingratiate himself with the owner of real estate, the lonely old woman living out his days in the family nest. Pavel decides to introduce a museum employee. All the formalities he is ready to do himself, the old lady should only sign a power of attorney for property management. As a result of a cunning plan works, Realtor-crook gets a treasured paper. Pavel begins to prepare an estate sale, celebrating another victory. But it was not there!
