Ted Rogers), Chicago P.D. (as Dennis Lee), Hawaii Five-0 (as Chief of Police Mahaka), Criminal Minds as (Det. Yee is a San Francisco, California native who, as a teenager, became involved with the pioneering work of the Asian American Theater Company. He was one of the original members of the legendary San Francisco Improv group The National Theater Of The Deranged and the Tony Award-winning San Francisco Mime Troupe. He was a member of the acting company of the American Conservatory Theater for six seasons. He was also the first Asian American Actor at Ashland's Oregon Shakespeare Festival. He has also acted in plays at the Berkeley Repertory Theatre, Boston's Huntington Theater, the San Jose Stage, East West Players and The Lodestone Theatre Ensemble.He was considered for the role of Data in Star Trek: The Next Generation before Brent Spiner was cast.
