Leila Gerstein is an American television producer and screenwriter. Gerstein has written for television shows, including Gossip Girl, The O.C. and Life As We Know It, and written and produced episodes of Eli Stone. She created the 2011 comedy-drama series Hart of Dixie. Gerstein won a 2017 Emmy as a consulting producer on The Handmaid's Tale.
