Nwakaego (Ego) Boyo (born September 6, 1968) is a Nigerian actress and movie producer who is popular for her role as Anne Haastrup in the late 80s soap, Checkmate. She was the 60th president of International Women Society (IWS), an independent, non-political, non-governmental and non-profit organisation founded in 1957. She hails from Enugu State in Eastern Nigeria.
