David Heron (birth unknown), also known by the nickname of "Dave", is an English professional rugby league footballer of the 1970s, 1980s and 1990s. He played at representative level for Great Britain, and Yorkshire, and at club level for Hunslet Parkside ARLFC, Leeds, Bradford Northern, and Batley, as a second-row, or loose forward/lock, i.e. number 11 or 12, or 13.
