David Stephenson is an English former rugby union, and professional rugby league footballer of the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s. He played club level rugby union (RU) for Fylde Rugby Club, and representative level rugby league (RL) for Great Britain, and at club level for Salford (two spells), Wigan, Leeds, and Leigh, as a goal-kicking wing or centre.
