Tim Andrews (born January 15, 1983, in Mooresville, North Carolina) is an American stock car racing driver and respected engineer. Son of championship-winning NASCAR crew chief Paul Andrews. As of 2014, he works as the car chief for the No. 19 Toyota Camry of TriStar Motorsports driven by Mike Bliss.
