Kevin J. Coughlin is a former Republican member of the Ohio Senate, who represented the 27th District from 2001 to 2010. He was a member of the Ohio House of Representatives from 1997 until 2000. He is now Chairman of Lexington Companies, Ltd and Clerk of the Stow Municipal Court, an office he has held since 2013.
