Kazuyuki Okitsu (興津 和幸, Okitsu Kazuyuki, born March 8, 1980) is a Japanese voice actor and narrator. After he graduated from the Osaka University of Arts, he was initially represented by the REM talent agency. However, since May 2007, he has been affiliated with Kekke Corporation.
