Pavel Aleksandrovich Belov (Russian: Па́вел Алекса́ндрович Бело́в; born 18 December 1977 in Ust-Ilimsk), is a Russian physicist, head of The International Research Centre for Nanophotonics and Metamaterials (St. Petersburg, Russia).
