Jeanie Finlay (born in Stockton in 1977) is a British artist and filmmaker from Stockton-on-Tees. Her work includes the film made embedded on the final season of the HBO show Game of Thrones - The Last Watch, Seahorse: The Dad who Gave Birth Bifa winning Orion: The Man Who Would Be King, Panto! (a documentary about Nottingham Arts Theatre's 2012 pantomime production of Puss in Boots), Bifa and Grierson-nominated The Great Hip Hop Hoax and Sound it Out, a documentary about the last record store in Teesside which was the official film of Record Store Day. The film was an early successful example of crowdfunding, having been rejected by the BBC.
