Mikhail Red is an independent filmmaker in the Philippines. He is the son of Palme d'Or winner Raymond Red. He is known for his second feature Birdshot, which won Best Film in the Asian Future section at the 29th Tokyo International Film Festival in 2016 and was selected as the Filipino entry for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 90th Academy Awards.
